Andy: church planter, pastor evangelist, teacher (theological studies), Director of the Association of Bible Churches in Guyana. He and the board of 4 national and 2 other missionary men oversee and make decisions concerning all of the 11 churches. Pastor of the Crabwood Creek Bible Church. President and founder of the Berbice Bible Institute, which is the training institution for national pastors.

Kathleen: wife, mother, home-maker, Women's Administrator, teach ladies classes, kid's club, piano, home-school administratior, etc.
