Thank you for your question. I trust that I can be helpful. Since the Scripture clearly identify Jesus as virgin born, Joseph was not his biological father. He had four half-brothers through Mary who were the biological children of Joseph named: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas; and at least 2 sisters - cp. Matthew 13:55:56 (James is the one who became the leader of the church in Acts 15; Judas is not Iscariot).
