Should there be any type of policies against homosexuality?

Allow me to apologize for not fully understandning your question. What policies are you referring to? Church policies, Personal policies, etc....? I'm not entirely sure what you are seeking.

Allow me to state this - Homosexuality is sinful in the sight of God and represents a rebellion against Him as the creator. As a sin, it must be classified and treated as a defiance against God. Whatever policies exist must keep this in mind and not gloss over how heinous this rebellion is in the sight of God. It is called unnatural, unspeakable, and an abomination to God.

Whereas homosexuals must be loved - even as every sinner must be - they must never be legitimized. They should possess the same rights as others who commit grotesquely sinful acts: pedophiles, rapists, and other sexual deviations. We are commanded by Scripture to love people like these - God does. But He will never wink at their sin - and neither should we. To appeal to them to repent and come clean is an act of love. Tolerance toward the sinner is not to be equated with tolerance toward the sin.

I trust this helps.
